Ashley Smith
I graduated from Arkansas
State University
in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education.
I earned a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education from the University
of Central Arkansas in 2009 and finished a Masters of Education in Counselor
Education from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock in 2012. I earned a Specialist in Educational Leadership at Arkansas State University in 2015. I taught secondary
mathematics for eight years at various schools and am working on my fourth year
as a high school counselor. I love learning! I hope to convey this love to my students this year as I re-enter the classroom.
I have a goal to see all 50 states at some point in my life. My husband and I have been married for five years and we love to go on road trips. In the six and a half years since we met, we have traveled to 32 different states (and Washington DC). Last year, we began the Stephanie Plum book series by Janet Evanovich, I read, he drives and we are ready to begin book 12 on our next trip. |
